Vivaran Office Services Management System (RMS)

Designed and developed a full-featured office services management system to digitize administrative workflows for a services organization. The platform manages projects, agreements, contractors, project time extensions, advance payment guarantees (APG), performance guarantees, financial records, and document management — all through a secure role-based access system.

Additional features include Nepali Bikram Sambat (B.S.) date support, dynamic dashboards, searchable reports, file uploads, and responsive interfaces, enabling the organization to manage operations efficiently while minimizing manual paperwork processes.
